Mark Smith Maintenance is a family run Professional Decorating and Maintenance company that specialises in domestic projects in the South Bucks, Berks and West London areas.

We understand how important it is to feel confident and worry free when it comes to the trades person you choose, that’s why we are DBS checked and invest in the time, equipment, latest technologies and product advancements needed to bring you a flawless finish, while being prepared for any unique requests or special concerns you may have.

Using our Festool M Class dustless sanding equipment, we can ensure smooth surfaces and a clean environment throughout the process.

As part of our free quotation service, we will give you a complete breakdown of our processes and all the costs involved.  We aim to keep everything as clear and transparent as possible when it comes to pricing.

We are so committed to quality all our works come with a 12 month labour guarantee and were fully insured up to £5 million in the unlikely event of any issues
