Answers to your Burning Questions
Will it cost more than the quote?
The quote you will receive will be a set price for your works, detailing everything that is covered.
Unlike stories I have been told where a job is started at one price and then part way through extras are added by the tradesperson, our price is our price. If it takes longer than expected the price doesn't change, unless you have requested extra work in which case a separate quote will be issued
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer, details of which will be on your invoice.
Additionally we now accept finance payments from Kanda (See here for further information)
We can accept cheques with prior agreement and also accept card payments via PayPal, however, this does incur an additional charge.
Please enquire for current rates.
How do I pay with finance?
Finance payments are only accepted via our partner Kanda*.
Once we have issued you with your quote you can request to see finance options or to get an idea there is a Finance Calculator on our Financing page.
Kanda will then contact you with a copy of the quote and the available finance options for you to explore.
If you decide these are not for you you can still select "Payment on completion" and settle your final invoice once works are completed.
Which ever payment option you decide to take the 30% deposit payment will be payable directly to us on production of an invoice.
When do I need to pay?
Deposit payment is due on production of invoice once the quote has been accepted.
Final payment is due once works are completed.
See Terms and Conditions for full details

What happens if something goes wrong?
In the very unlikely event that something was to go wrong we offer a 12 Month labour guarantee on our work (from date of final invoice).
We are also covered by Public Liability Insurance up to £5m.

Can I supply my own paint?
If you would like to then yes this isn't a problem. However, we will only use trade paints and not retail.
The reason retail paint is cheaper is because the quality is lower.
For example Dulux offer "Dulux" in your local DIY centres and "Dulux Trade" in Dulux decorating centres. Same colours, completely different quality if paint.
Retail paints look fine when they are first applied. generally, but will not hold their colour nor be as hardwearing as trade paints.
If you are paying a professional to decorate your home I'm sure you want a long lasting professional finish which retail paint just does not offer.
