Financing

Mark Smith Maintenance is now able to offer financing via Kanda.

The Calculator on this page is to help give you an example of possible financing options.  Options and rates available will be confirmed during the application process with Kanda.

You will receive your quote directly from us.  Once you have reviewed it you can use the calculator on this page to estimate your monthly repayments should you wish to use Kanda's finance options

If you wish to explore further please let us know and I will upload your quote to Kanda's system.  They will then send you a link directly with the finance options available and the application process.

Once you apply for finance and are successful we will be notified that the works can be carried out and will issue you with an invoice for 30% of the job total and arrange a start date with you.

If you are unsuccessful in your application, decide you do not want to use financing or choose not to proceed with us for your works, we are not notified by Kanda and therefore would appreciate an update from yourself as to the status of the quote (ie wish to proceed directly with us using our payment terms or no longer require our services).
